This class has live workshops conducted by Pastor Jeff with demonstrations of how leadership governs staff meetings, worship preparation and other areas. There is a very practical emphasis on preparing leaders and raising them up to walk in their call, serve in the church, and be part of the team. Governing in the church is leading, directing, and moving things forward as led by the Holy Spirit. It requires foreplanning, immediate obedience, and action in: identifying, equipping, and motivating leaders; stabling structure and promoting unity for worship teams; communicating vision and establishing direction with staff and teams. This class is an eye opener!
