Terms of Use Agreement

These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to the course materials  purchased on the White Horse School of Ministries Online Store;  including without limitation to the education material and homework content, videos, CD’s, digital downloads, and media clips.

We may revise and update these Terms at our sole discretion. Any changes are effective once they are written.

 

Content

All materials including, but not limited to all text, course materials, images, graphics, logos, illustrations, video, audio, and other materials, as well as the designs, layouts, and all other graphical elements are the sole and exclusive property of White Horse School of Ministries and are protected by copyright laws.

By purchasing this material, the user agrees to not upload, transmit, copy, publish, or distribute the content in any form or by any means unless as otherwise authorized in writing by WHSM. By indicating acceptance of these terms, the Authorized User does not become the owner of the WHSM course contents, but is entitled to use them as specifically permitted according to the terms of this Agreement.

You may use information describing WHSM’s products and services purposely made available by WHSM for downloading or purchasing from WHSM, provided that you (1) not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, (2) use such information only for your personal educational purposes and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer, including but not limited to mobile devices, or otherwise make it publicly available; (3) make no modifications to any such information; and (4) not make any additional representations relating to such information.

 

Purchases; Other Terms and Conditions

WHSM may make changes to any products or services offered by WHSM, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice.

 

Usage Guidelines for WHSM Course Material

    1. Audio and video files posted by WHSM for download as part of the course package may not be reproduced for commercial resale or distribution.
